These terms govern the use of our services in the field of vehicle detailing and aesthetics. By using our offers, you accept the following regulations.
We offer professional services for the cleaning, care, and refinement of vehicles. This includes, among other things, ceramic coatings, interior detailing, and paint corrections. All services are provided on the basis of an individual agreement.
The customer is obliged to hand over the vehicle in a roadworthy condition and to point out any existing damage or pre-existing damage. Valuables and personal items must be removed before handover. We assume no liability for items left behind.
We are liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on our part. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Liability for defects resulting from normal wear and tear or improper handling by the customer is excluded.
Agreed appointments are binding. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service value. In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, the full service value will be charged.
We warrant that our services are carried out in accordance with recognized technical standards. Obvious defects must be reported in writing immediately, but no later than within three working days after the service has been provided. In the case of justified defects, a rework will be carried out. No further warranty exists.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. The changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner by email. If the customer does not object within two weeks of receiving the notification, the changed terms will be deemed accepted.
