We inspect the paint, interior, and wheels on-site. We document pre-existing damage, the degree of soiling, and the condition of care. The conversation with you clarifies wishes and expectations – whether ceramic coating, interior refresh, or paint correction.
Based on the analysis, we create a detailed work plan. You will learn which products and techniques will be used, how long the work will take, and what result is realistic. No surprises – only clear agreements.
Before any treatment, the vehicle is gently cleaned: pre-wash, wheel cleaning, hand wash, and drying. This is followed by degreasing and, if necessary, a gentle clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants from the paint and glass.
Depending on the scope, we work with rotary or dual-action polishers, fine polishing compounds, and microfiber cloths. During paint correction, swirls and light scratches are removed step by step. For a coating, we apply the protective layer evenly and let it cure.
Upon completion, we inspect every surface under special LED work lights. You will receive instructions on caring for the coating or treating the interior. The job is considered complete only when you are satisfied.

The following regulations and explanations serve to clarify our scope of services and to avoid misunderstandings. They apply to all offered services in the field of vehicle care and detailing.
Our services include the professional cleaning, detailing, and refinement of vehicle surfaces and interiors. Complete removal of deep scratches or accident damage is not part of the offer. We point out that the condition of the vehicle is documented before work begins.
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, improper handling by third parties, or subsequent influences. The warranty is limited to demonstrable defects in the work performed. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.
Agreed appointments are binding. In the event of short-term cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Payment is due after service provision in cash or by bank transfer. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest.
We treat all personal data and vehicle information confidentially. Disclosure to third parties only occurs with the express consent of the customer. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation.
