General Terms and Conditions and Information

The following regulations and explanations serve to clarify our scope of services and to avoid misunderstandings. They apply to all offered services in the field of vehicle care and detailing.
1. Service Description and Delimitation
Our services include the professional cleaning, detailing, and refinement of vehicle surfaces and interiors. Complete removal of deep scratches or accident damage is not part of the offer. We point out that the condition of the vehicle is documented before work begins.
- Detailing refers to visible and accessible surfaces.
- Damage due to pre-existing damage or improper pre-treatment is excluded from the warranty.
- Color matching for plastic parts is not always possible.
2. Disclaimer and Warranty
We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, improper handling by third parties, or subsequent influences. The warranty is limited to demonstrable defects in the work performed. Liability for consequential damages is excluded.
- Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of service provision.
- Any work performed on the vehicle by the customer after detailing voids the warranty.
- The use of chemical cleaning agents by the customer may exclude liability.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Agreed appointments are binding. In the event of short-term cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Customer delays of more than 30 minutes may lead to rescheduling of the appointment.
- In case of bad weather or technical problems, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.
- Multiple rebookings within one week are not permitted.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due after service provision in cash or by bank transfer. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge default interest.
- Partial payments are not provided for.
- A receipt will be issued for cash payments.
- Discount deduction is not possible.
5. Data Protection and Confidentiality
We treat all personal data and vehicle information confidentially. Disclosure to third parties only occurs with the express consent of the customer. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation.
- Photos of the vehicle are only published with consent.
- Customer data will be deleted after completion of the work, unless there is a legal retention obligation.
- The use of contact data for advertising purposes is only permitted with opt-in.
